Policies

• Tuition is to be paid in full for the entire month.
• Payment for the month is due by the 1st of the month. If the payment has not been received, the teacher will not show up for the lesson.
• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Students will be able to receive a credit or a make-up lesson if a lesson is cancelled 24 hours in advance. If a student does not cancel within 24 hours or is a "no show", the student cannot make-up the lesson and will be charged. There are no exceptions.
• Makeup lessons are based on mutual availability and not guaranteed.
• Little Maestros has the right to discontinue lessons, because of lack of interest, frequent absence or tardiness, behavioral problems or failure to abide by studio policies.
• Students should arrive on time with all materials. A tardy student has only the time remaining for the lesson period.
• Students are expected to have clean hands and trimmed nails at each lesson. Food, drink and gum chewing is not allowed in the studio. Water is permitted.
• If calling to cancel or with questions please call between the hours of 9AM and 9PM.
• Traditional holidays are observed.

Teacher Responsibilities

• Provide a well-balanced program of activities designed to build necessary skills to make the student a well-rounded musician at the keyboard.
• Provide weekly assignment sheets with suggestions for daily practice.
• Provide special activities to motivate students to extend themselves.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents.
• Attend seminars, conventions, etc. to further musical growth.
